Delete your account

You can delete your APEXGUIDE account and its data at any time, from the website or the app. You don't need the app installed.

Delete it on the website

  1. Go to Your account and sign in with your email address and password.
  2. Open Your data.
  3. Under Delete account, enter your password, tick the box and select Delete my account.

Your account is deleted straight away.

Delete it in the app

In the APEXGUIDE app on iPhone or Android, go to Account, then Your data, then Delete account.

If you can't sign in

If you've forgotten your password, select Forgot password when you sign in to choose a new one, then follow the steps above.

If you created your account with Sign in with Apple, delete it in the APEXGUIDE app on an iPhone. If you can't, send a request through the contact page from the email address on your account and we'll delete it for you and confirm by email.

What is deleted

  • Your email address, your name and your sign-in details.
  • The circuits you watched, your progress and the laps you uploaded.
  • Your Garage: your cars, dates, checklists, photos and documents. Stored photos and documents are removed from our storage shortly after.
  • Pro, if it's active. It ends straight away.

What we keep

  • Messages you sent through the contact page, for no longer than 24 months.
  • Analytics data, which isn't linked to your account, for 14 months at most.
  • Track day alerts aren't part of your account. They end when they're sent, cancelled or the event ends.
