By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
A guide, not instruction
Racing lines and speeds come from an AI driver's reference lap in a racing simulator, not from a real car, so treat them as a guide. Braking points depend on your car, tyres and the conditions. Follow your instructor and the circuit briefing on the day.
APEXGUIDE helps you learn a circuit's layout. It is not driver training and it doesn't replace an instructor, the organiser's briefing, marshals' signals or your own judgement. Real conditions, cars and tyres differ from the simulation. Driving on track carries a risk of injury and damage, and you are responsible for how you drive.
Using the site
- APEXGUIDE is free to use. We may change, pause or remove circuits and features at any time.
- We try to keep everything accurate and working but can't promise the site will always be available, error-free or up to date.
- Please don't copy or download the circuit models or lap data for use elsewhere, scrape the site, try to break or overload it, or use it for anything unlawful.
Accounts
Some features need a free account. Use an email address you can access, keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. You can delete your account at any time under Your account, or ask us to through the contact page.
Content and credits
The site's design, text and software belong to APEXGUIDE. Circuit names and logos belong to their owners. APEXGUIDE is independent and not connected to any circuit, its owners or any track day organiser unless we say so.
Links to other sites
Articles may link to other websites, such as circuits and track day organisers. We are not responsible for their content or how they use your information.
Our responsibility to you
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of APEXGUIDE, including anything that happens at a track day. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Changes and law
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales deal with any disputes.
